Hartford Police Investigate Stabbing

Hartford Police's Major Crimes Division is investigating a stabbing Sunday night .

A person was stabbed in the face and bicep in the parking lot of 289 Franklin Avenue just before 5:30 p.m.

The victim was taken to Hartford Hospital and was listed in critical condition, but has been upgraded to stable condition.

Police said the assailant was described as a 5-foot-2-inch tall man who was wearing a striped T-shirt and has a pony tail.
