The traffic backup is heavy on Interstate 84 East in Waterbury, near where a tractor-trailer rolled over five hours ago.
The tractor-trailer rollover happened on Interstate 84 East before exit 18 around 11 a.m. and two lanes of traffic were closed.
No other vehicles were involved and the truck is upright.
