Plainfield police have arrested a man accused of stealing a dirt bike and several chainsaws from a garage.
Officers responded to an address on Spaulding Road for a burglary complaint. The victim reported that a 2015 Yamaha 110 dirt bike and several chainsaws were stolen out of the garage overnight.
Police say they arrested Joseph Verrette, 29, of 256 Spaulding Road, when they located him at his residence, along with the dirt bike and chainsaws. He was charged with burglary and larceny. His bond was set at $10,000 and he is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court.
