A 48-year-old Hartford man was arrested after employees at the Old Navy in West Hartford complained that he was masturbating in the dressing room, according to police.
According to police, Randall Kelly did not close the dressing room door and employees saw him and yelled for him to get out of the store. Police soon caught up with him nearby.
Kelly was charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace.
He is due in Hartford Community Court on Dec. 5.
