Manchester police have arrested a man in connection with a homicide at the Manchester Inn on March 25.
Benjamin Thibodeau, 39, whose last known address was in Manchester, was charged with the murder of Bienvenido Tosado.
Police said this is the second arrest.
Thibodeau was charged with felony murder, accessory to murder and burglary in the first degree.
He was held on a $2 million court-set bond and appeared in court this morning.
Police charged Lorenzo Hernandez, 20, with first-degree assault and first-degree burglary. Authorities said he knew the victim and it was not a random assault.
