A 22-year-old Lebanon man is facing charges after sexually assaulting an underage girl at a family gathering in New London, according to police.
The victim told authorities with the Department of Children and Families that David Prentice had restrained and sexually assaulted her. Police said Prentice admitted to the assault.
He was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and first-degree unlawful restraint.
