South Windsor police are investigating a peeping incident in which a man is accused of using a computer tablet-type computer to try to take photos up a woman’s skirt.

The victim told police that a man followed her down an aisle at the Target on Buckland Hills Drive on Monday and later touched her thigh with the device.

When the woman realized that the man was trying to take photos under her skirt using the device, she called for security and the man ran off, police said.

Police are looking for a man in his 40s, who has short hair. He was wearing a long black coat, button-down shirt and tan pants, police said.

Anyone with information should call Officer Scott Madore at 860-644-2551 or the anonymous tipline, 860-648-NABM (6226)
