Man Was Naked Outside Neighbor’s House: Cops

Matthew Reid is accused of being naked outside a neighbor's house and swearing at female residents.
A 41-year-old Vernon man was arrested early Saturday morning after his neighbors reported that he was naked outside their back door.
Police arrested Matthew Reid, of Scott Drive in Vernon, around 1:30 a.m. after neighbors reported that he was nude outside their door.
Police responded. Reid was intoxicated and warned to stay off his neighbor’s property, according to police.
After officers left, Reid went back to the neighbor’s yard and swore at two female occupants, according to a news release from police.
Reid was arrested behind his own home and charged with public indecency, breach of peace, criminal trespass in the third degree and interfering and resisting arrest.
Bond was set at $1,500.
