Waterbury police are investigating a shooting outside a store on Willow Street that left a man with serious injuries.
The 38-year-old victim was shot in the leg after an argument around 9:30pm Friday, according to police. He suffered non-life threatening injuries and is recovering at Waterbury Hospital.
Police shut down Willow Street near Hillside Avenue to gather evidence. It's unclear if any arrests have been made.
