Several Manchester schools were put into lockdown after a shooting on Oak Street Tuesday.

Police responded to a report of gunshots on Oak Street around 2:30 p.m. Witnesses told officers that several suspects in a tan Ford Escort fired shots at a home and then sped off. No one was injured in the shooting.

A short time later, a Manchester officer spotted the suspects' vehicle outside a home on Main Street in the area of Haynes Street, according to police. A perimeter was set up around the home and police went inside and arrested the suspects.

The schools were in lockdown for about 30 minutes, police said.

The names of the suspects have not been released.
