Middle School on High Alert After Bomb Threats

A bomb threat at a local school has Putnam on edge.

Parents of Putnam Middle School students were notified on Friday that police will be inspecting students' belongings as they arrive to school on Monday morning .

Police said they discovered four different hand-written threats, including one saying a gun would be brought to the school. 

According to investigators, the notes were received between Jan. 4 and Jan. 25.

Three juveniles have since been arrested. One case, out of the four, is still pending, according to police.
