Joshua Campbell, 15, has been missing since Sunday night.

Milford police have located a missing 15 year old.
Joshua Campbell was reported missing around 8 p.m. Sunday. He left his home in the city's West Shore area after an incident at the house, police said. Authorities were concerned for Campbell's welfare.
He was found at a friend's house early Tuesday morning, according to police.
