The body of a 55-year-old Meriden man who had been missing since Saturday was found dead in a wooded area near his home yesterday, according to police.
Police said they found Thomas Benarro’s body around 6 p.m. on Thursday and his death appears to be the result of an accident.
Benarro was last seen at his South Meriden home on Saturday around 3 p.m., according to police.
Foul play is not suspected, police said, an autopsy will be conducted to determine the actual cause of death.
