A 55-year-old man has died after hitting a tree on his moped Wednesday night in Norwich.
Police said Raymond W. Larkin, of Norwich, struck a tree while driving southbound on Vergauson Avenue around 9 p.m. Wednesday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, near the intersection of West Town Street.
