West Hartford Police are still investigating a sexual assault that happened on Fern Street in October.

Officials are investigating two more collapses.

A large portion of Calvary Life Christian Center on East Johnson Avenue in Cheshire collapsed around 3:30 p.m. and in Bethany, a rescue is underway for horses trapped at a barn.

Police said the steeple of Calvary Life Christian Center and the extension of the church where the church parishioners sit have collapsed. The walls of the church buckled.

The Church was built three years ago.

No one was in the church at the time and there are no injuries.

In Bethany, horses are trapped inside Sun Gold Stables, at 50 Hunters Trail. Some were injured, officials said.
