Name of Woman Found Dead in Middletown Released
Police discover the body of a woman near industrial building

The body of Jessica Sanchez was found on Sunday.

The woman whose body was found between two buildings in an industrial area of Middletown on Sunday morning has been identified as Jessica Sanchez, 32, of Middletown.
Sanchez's body was found at 6:30 a.m. at 180 Johnson St. Workers from a business on the property found her.
Police called Sanchez's death “suspicious” on Sunday. On Monday, they said they are treating this as an isolated incident.
An autopsy was conducted, but police said the cause of her death is pending further study.
The Connecticut State Police is assisting with the investigation.
