Norwalk Gas Station Robbed at Gunpoint

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two men who robbed a Norwalk gas station at gunpoint early Tuesday morning.

According to Norwalk police, two masked men dressed in dark clothing walked into the Sunoco gas station at 126 Connecticut Avenue just before 3:30 a.m.

One robber was armed with a dark-colored revolver, according to police. He walked into the store and took a clerk's cellphone, then forced him behind the counter.

Surveillance footage shows a clerk handing over money from the cash register. It's not clear how much money they took, but police said the suspects robbed both employees.

Police said no shots were fired and no one was hurt.
