Norwalk police are asking for the public’s help to locate a suspect wanted for failure to appear on burglary and larceny charges.
Orialis Betances, 39, is wanted on a re-arrest warrant for burglary and larceny charges. Betances is also a person of interest in several car burglaries in the city.
