Overturned Truck Snarls Traffic on Meriden

Interstate-691 Eastbound is closed at exit 11 in Meriden because of an overturned tractor-trailer.

The Interstate-91 North on-ramp is also closed and is expected to remain closed for hours.

No injuries are reported, but expect delays.
