There are heavy delays on Interstate 95 South in Norwalk after a police cruiser was struck during police activity this morning.
Police said the police activity was between exits 14 and 13.
As lanes reopened, there was another crash between exits 15 and 14.
There are heavy delays between Bridgeport and Darien.
