A 27-year-old man was shot in what police are calling a drug-related shooting on Airport Road and Wethersfield Avenue in Hartford early Tuesday morning.
The shooting was reported at 5:54 a.m. and police said the victim was shot once.
He was taken to Hartford Hospital to undergo surgery and is in serious, but stable condition, police said.
The victim lives in a recreational vehicle in the area, according to police.
Officers are investigating, but have left the scene.
