One person is dead after a double shooting in Hartford Saturday night.
Another victim was taken to the hospital after the shooting on Winship Street, according to police.
The deceased victim has been identified as 24-year-old Eros Diaz of Avon. The victim who survived is 31-year-old Xavier Lugo, of East Hartford.
This is the city's 10th homicide of the year.
