Hartford police are investigating after a toddler was found wandering on the street alone early Friday morning.
Someone saw the child at Mather and Garden streets around 5:30 a.m. and called police, police said.
The child, who was not hurt, was with police, who said they have found the child's family and this appears to be an accident.
No charges have been filed, police said.
