One person was injured in a crash involving a school bus at Oakwood Avenue and Park Road in West Hartford.

An Acura and a school bus collided on Wednesday morning.

Police said the driver of the Acura told police he ran a light. He suffered a possible injury from the airbag deploying and was transported to the hospital.

Sun glare might have been a factor, according to officials.

Children who were on the bus were not injured and have been taken to school.

The bus was being loaded on a flatbed to be moved from the scene.
