Coventry police said they've found a missing 35-year-old woman after spending Wednesday searching for her. And now, she's under arrest.
Monica King had been missing since 10 a.m. on Tuesday. She was last seen near her home on Carol Drive in Coventry, according to police. She traveled to Hartford and East Hartford earlier in the day, police said
Authorities from several towns joined Coventry police on ATVs and on foot during a search in the area of King's house Wednesday afternoon.
Wednesday night she was spotted walking along Route 32 in Mansfield. So told police that she spent the night camping along the Willimantic River in woods. She was then taken into custody and charged with a failing to appear in court for driving with a suspended license.
King told police that she was unaware that there was a warrant out for her arrest and that it played no role in her disappearance.
