Missing Juveniles Found Safe

Jose Amando Rojas and Erica Lucero are missing. Police said they are believed to have run off together.

New Haven police have located a 13-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl who were reported missing on Sunday.

Police issued an alert for Jose Amando Rojas, who they said is believed to have run off with his 12-year-old girlfriend, Erica Lucero.

Rojas was last seen at his Judith Terrace home at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday and was reported missing on Sunday.

Rojas was believed to have run off with Erica Lucero, of East Haven.

The two were found safe around 3:30 Monday. Police did not say where Rojas and Lucero were found.
