Police released this photo of a vehicle that may have been involved in the murder of a woman found in Middletown in June. The car has since been involved in a front-end crash, and may now have a red hood and front bumper, police said.
Middletown police released photos Tuesday of a car that may be connected to the murder of a woman found in the woods last month.
Hikers found the body of Diana Eichler in a stream off Miner Street June 16. Eichler, of New Britain, suffered head trauma, according to the Medical Examiner. Police believe Eichler knew her killer.
The Acura, which may be connected to the crime, appears to be dark blue, but it was recently involved in a front-end crash. The car may now have a red hood and red front bumper, according to police.
Anyone with information on the car or on Eichler's death is asked to call Middletown police at 860-347-6941.
