Cheshire police are looking for a bank robber who fled officers Aug. 12.
The man suspected of robbing Webster Bank at 145 Highland Avenue is captured on surveillance footage released by the department. He posed as a customer and then gave the bank teller a note indicating he was holding the bank up, police said. He fled with a small amount of cash, eluding responding officers, according to the department.
Cheshire police responded at about 3:12 p.m. on Aug. 12 to investigate the reported robbery.
Police are investigating multiple leads.
