"Urine Trouble," Cops Tell Suspect

If he'd only used one of these, he wouldn't be in trouble with the cops.

We have to say, this is the first time we've ever heard this one.  A Norfolk man was arrested earlier this month, charged with dumping a half a gallon of urine out of the window of his second floor apartment.

Robert Lee, 65, has been charged with breach of peace for the Oct. 20 incident, police told the Register Citizen.

Police say it's unclear why Lee allegedly did it.

He has been released on $2,500 bond.
