Power Outage Prompts Lock-In at Hartford School

A Hartford school is in lock-in because of a power outage.

The Jumoke Academy at Milner School, at 104 Vine Street in Hartford, has been placed in a lock-in because of a power outage in the area.

Classes are continuing as normal, but access in an out of the building is limited.

The lock-in was to continue until power was restored or until student dismissal time at 4 p.m., whichever came first, school officials said in a news release.
