A propane truck ran into trouble in Wolcott Tuesday when it's back tire fell through a wooden bridge.

The Hocon propane truck was making a delivery to 800 Woodtick Road around 10 a.m., when the small bridge it was backing over partially gave way. The truck's tire sank through, but the back end of the truck caught on the driveway.

The address is a residence and a doctor's office, according to Wolcott's Fire Chief. Four homes in the area were evacuated while fire officials transferred the propane from the stuck truck to a second tanker.

No one was hurt.
