Reward Offered for Tips in Norwalk Cold Case

The state is offering a $50,000 reward for tips in a 2010 cold case.

Amos Brown Jr. was shot while in a vehicle on Lexington Avenue in Norwalk on August 13, 2010 and the reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for the murder, police said.

“I am very pleased that both State’s Attorney (David) Cohen and the Governor are supporting our request. We hope that this reward will lead to information that will allow us to bring those persons responsible for this crime to justice” Norwalk Police Chief Thomas Kulhawik said in a statement.
