One Dead, 2 Injured in Bloomfield Crash

One man killed and two people were injured in a crash in Bloomfield.

A 24-year-old West Hartford man was killed and two people were injured in a crash in Bloomfield early Saturday morning.

Andrew Feiner was driving the Chevrolet Impala that hit GMC Sonoma head-on on Route 189 just south of the Simsbury town line just before 4 a.m. on Saturday, according to Bloomfield police.

Feiner’s passenger, Katherine Foy, 23, was seriously injured.

Richard Heacox, 61, was driving the GMC and suffered a broken leg, according to police.

Ambulances transported Foy and Heacox to St. Francis Hospital.

Police are investigating.
