Part of the ramp from Route 15 North to Interstate 91 North in Meriden is blocked after fuel leaked from a tractor-trailer early Friday morning.
The leak is in the area of exit 68 and police estimate nearly 100 gallons of fuel leaked.
Crews from the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has also responded.
Use Route 5 to get around the closure.
