Route 15 south has reopened after LifeStar landed to transport a patient from a serious crash on I091, according to state police.
Police said the accident actually occurred on I-91 south near exit 17, where the highways run parallel to each other in Meriden. Traffic on I-91 south is also affected, though one lane is gettig by. Drivers should expect delays in the area.
