Police are warning of traffic delays on part of Route 4 eastbound in Farmington until around 3 p.m. after a water main was broken in a construction zone on Wednesday morning.
The eastbound side of the road was closed through the morning rush, but traffic is getting by one one lane in each direction at High Street.
The eastbound side of the road was closed between Route 10 and High Street, but the westbound side of the road remained open.
The avoid the area, use Route 10 to Mountain Road, to High Street and back onto Route 4.
