The Connecticut Department of Education has released the School Performance Index for all schools in the state.

This is the new baseline for each school in the state. It will be calculated annually and is intended to measure progress over time.

The target SPI for all schools is 88, according to the state Department of Education

You can check here to see how your school ranks.

Schools of Distinction have the highest index scores and the list is posted here.

Review schools are among the lowest performing in the state.

Schools that received School Improvement Grants are automatically classified at Turnaround schools.
