Police have made another arrest in the murder of an East Hartford man. Kenny Holley, 22, turned himself in at police headquarters Wednesday morning.

He is the second suspect charged in the murder of William Castillo, who was shot and killed June 30.

Police say Holley and Donele Taylor, 19, went to Castillo's Main Street apartment to buy a pair of sneakers. Taylor was arrested earlier this month on murder and robbery charges.

At a vigil for Castillo earlier this month, Brian Rivera was murdered. Tyshawn Case, 30, and Anthony Williams face charges in Rivera's death. Police say the deadly shooting was the result of an argument about a dog.

According to court documents, Case has 19 previous arrests and 16 convictions, mostly on drug charges.
