Rubyfruit, an all-women’s a cappella group from UConn, is in the running for a trip to Nashville and the opportunity to perform with Lady Antebellum.
The local group is in the finals to perform with Lady A in Nashville in December.
To qualify, groups had to record a video and submit it.
Forty two groups entered. There are five finalists and Rubyfruit is currently in the lead.
