Services Today for Slain Meriden Teen

Funeral services are being held today for a teenager killed in Meriden.

Deandre Felton, 15, died after being stabbed on Kensington Avenue on the night of Friday, Sept. 21.

His passion was football and he was a member of the Meriden Raiders football team.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, Oct. 2, at 10 a.m. at the Apostolic Community Church, 146 Center St., Meriden, according to an obituary published in the Meriden Record-Journal.

Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
