Sunny Skies, Temperatures Above Average to Start Week

This week will start with sunny skies and temperatures a little above average.

A few showers flew through southeastern Connecticut overnight, but skies have cleared this morning.

Today will be sunny and temperatures will be a little above average in the upper 60s and low 70s.

Tomorrow will also be nice with cooler temperatures.

NBC Connecticut meteorologists have issued a First Alert Wednesday night into Thursday for a nor'easter that will bring heavy rain and high winds.
