Police said they are searching for the man identified as a suspect in the shooting at the Flamingo Inn in Windsor on Feb. 24.
Police have a warrant for Jose Mario Restrepo, 31, charging him with unlawful discharge of a firearm, criminal possession of a pistol, carrying without a permit and breach of peace.
Police said Restrepo’s ast known addresses were in East Hartford and Hartford.
He is wanted in connection to a shooting at the Flamingo Inn, 29 Windsor Ave.
Restrepo is around 5-feet-11 and should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
No firearm has been recovered.
