Police have charged a woman accused of causing injuries during a crash in September.

Ledyard police have charged a 31-year-old Ledyard woman in connection with a crash in September that caused serious injuries, according to police.
Jennifer Macomber was charged in connection with a head-on crash on Route 117 at the Groton Town line at 2:44 a.m. on Sept. 30.
She was charged with assault in the second degree with a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor or drug and operating under the influence of alcohol drug.
