Teen Accused of Posting Explicit Photo of Victim on Facebook: Police

A 19-year-old Naugatuck man is facing charges after posting an explicit photo of a 16-year-old girl on Facebook, according to police. 

Jessie Rojas was charged with breach of peace and second-degree harassment involving intimidation.

Police arrested Rojas after receiving a harassment complaint around 4 p.m. Friday, accusing Rojas of posting an explicit photo of the teenage girl on the social media platform.

Rojas is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 5. He was released after posting a $1,000 surety bond.

It's not clear if he has an attorney.
