    Tires were stolen from this car lot in Manchester.

    One suspect is in custody and another person is on the run after tires were stolen from a car lot in Manchester early Tuesday morning.

    Around 2:30 a.m., Manchester police were called to a Manchester Honda surplus car lot, where two people had jacked four cars up on blocks and removed their tires, then took off into the woods and got into a vehicle, according to police.

    Officers spotted the vehicle about 15 minutes later and pursued the men until they entered Coventry.

    Coventry Police found the car a short time after and a chase began again.

    Police pulled the car over and apprehended one suspect. Police said the other person remains at large.
