Toddler Found Wandering

A toddler was found wandering alone on a street in Hartford.

A 3-year-old girl was found wandering the streets of Hartford alone on Saturday morning, according to authorities.

Police said the child was found near 67 Rockville Street around 10:20 a.m.

The toddler's 18-year-old sister was babysitting, but decided to leave the home and left the child with a sleeping 13-year-old, officials said.

The child was not injured.

The state Department of Children and Families is investigating. There's no word if charges will be filed.
