A pup that went through several surgeries to remove a large tumor from her face is cancer-free and looking for a new home.
Mookie was found roaming last month and animal control began soliciting donations to raise money to remove the tumor when no on came forward to claim her.

The tumor removed from her face was benign and should not come back, a post on animal control's facebook page says.
She's ready to be adopted and animal control is taking applications.
