A student at the University of Hartford has tested positive for swine flu.  The student is recovering at home with her family, according to university spokesman David Isgur.

Isgur said the student went to campus health services last week with flu-like symptoms and was tested for the virus.

The results came back positive today.

This is the first confirmed case of swine flu at the University of Hartford.
