U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan is in Connecticut on Monday for a town hall discussion focusing on “College Readiness, Access and Affordability.”
Duncan is heading to University High School of Science and Engineering in Hartford to speak with juniors and seniors, as well as their parents. All the students are planning to attend college in the fall.
The town hall discussion will be held at 1:40 p.m.
