Police ID Man Hit By Car in Bristol on Monday

An 18-year-old man suffered head and back injuries when he was hit by a vehicle at West Washington and King streets in Bristol on Monday morning he is listed in stable condition, according to police.

Police were alerted at 10:52 a.m. when a vehicle turning left into West Washington Street hit a man crossing the intersection, police said.

Police have identified the man as Paul Sapp, 18, of Bristol, and said he was brought to a Hartford-area hospital.

A female pedestrian walking with him was not struck, according to police.
